1. Install palmary.weather.pro.1.27.apk (Don’t run!)
2. Install LuckyPatcher.1.0.10.by.ChelpuS.apk
3. Put com.palmarysoft.customweatherpro.txt into /sdcard/LuckyPatcher/
4. Run the LuckyPatcher you need Root your phone, long press Palmary Weather, choose Custom Patch!
